Global star Priyanka Chopra recently took to Instagram to share a heartwarming story from her visit to Koraput, Odisha, while filming for SSMB29. The actress recalled a touching moment she experienced on her way to Visakhapatnam, which left a lasting impression.
Priyanka narrated her encounter with a roadside guava seller, whose honesty and dedication to her work deeply moved her. The actress, who enjoys raw guavas, asked the seller for the price, and when she gave her Rs 200, telling her to keep the change, the woman returned two more guavas before the traffic light changed. Priyanka was struck by the seller’s refusal to accept charity and her unwavering hard work.
Sharing the experience on Instagram, Priyanka wrote, “While driving to Visakhapatnam Airport, I saw a woman selling guavas. I love raw guavas, so I asked the price, and she said Rs 150. I gave her Rs 200 and told her to keep the change. She sold guavas for a living. However, before the traffic light changed, she returned and handed me two more guavas. She didn’t want charity. She was a hardworking woman.”
Her post resonated with fans, emphasizing that inspiration can arise from the simplest and most unexpected moments. Priyanka, who plays the female lead in SSMB29, reminded everyone of the power of integrity in daily life.
