Mehar Ramesh releases the teaser of 'The Birthday Boy'

The teaser for Bomma Borusa Productions’ next movie, ‘The Birthday Boy’, has been released. This creative buddy comedy-drama is the first feature film by the NRI director-producer team of Whisky and his collaborator, who approached the creation of this cutting-edge feature film from a novel angle.

Mehar Ramesh, a director of Tollywood films, released the teaser and commended the filmmakers for their distinct vision. The film will be available on July 19.

A scene from the teaser opens in a house abroad, airing a vintage TV series called ‘Neekosam’. In a throwback 90s fashion, actress Rohini reads birthday greetings while serving as an anchor. A picture of Balu surrounded by astonished girls appears in the presentation. Four buddies are observed celebrating Balu’s birthday in the meantime. The action then returns to the TV, where a picture of Balu and Trump is displayed. The way the characters are introduced is different, much like name boards for suspects in a police station. The friends get really drunk and start doing strange things. Balu is seen making fun of the anchor while posing strangely on the TV screen. The pals are startled and terrified when the cops show up to break up the wild celebrations.

Five teenage friends who move to the US to follow their MS are the subject of The Birthday Boy. The movie looks at the different challenges they encounter in a foreign country and how those challenges affect their life.

This slice-of-life buddy comedy, based on genuine stories, satirically depicts the US as the ‘Land of Doorapu Kondalu Nunupu’.

To guarantee authenticity and a genuine mood, the creators used a technology called Sync Sound, which involves live recording. All of Whisky’s savings and the savings of his producing partner went into making this excellent film with exceptional technical qualities.

A Hollywood technician from Turkey has been invited on board to do a special kind of color grading on the movie in order to improve its visual attractiveness.
